is a consultation and why do I need one? |
| Answer: |
A
consultation is a service offered to clients at Emages Hair
USA, during which the stylist and the client meet face to face.
The consultation consists of an open free conversation whereby
the client has the opportunity to freely express concerns and
issues. The stylist can evaluate the client's hair, discuss
realistic possibilities, and subsequently make recommendations.
Finally, a personalized hair care plan is developed. This service
is provided at a no charge if the services recommended are performed.

How
soon after a relaxer can I have hair color? |
| Answer: |
There
are many hair color services that can be done immediately after
a relaxer, although there are many variables that need to be
considered. Consult with your Emages professional to determine
what's best for you.

I am a busy professional and my time is
precious. Will I have to spend all day at your salon receiving
my salon service?

At
Emages, things are different. Typically, a client starts being
serviced within 10 min. of arriving at our salon. We too, are
very conscience of time. We make every effort to expedite your
service in a timely manner.

My
hair is shedding. I had my last relaxer 7 weeks ago, I see my
stylist every 2 weeks and I work out 3 times a week. What am
I doing wrong? |
| Answer: |
Because
of the unique atmospheric and climatic conditions we experience
in this part of the country, we recommend that most of our clients
have their hair relaxed every 4 to 6 weeks. After that, a pressure
point is created where the new growth meets the previously relaxed
hair causing breakage. Perspiration and salt from exercising
also causes the hair to revert sooner, making timely relaxer
retouches more important.

6:00 PM and on Saturday from 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM. (Hours may

the Southwest Freeway (US 59) and Montrose Avenue. We are situated
in close proximity to Downtown Houston and the bustling Greenway
Plaza and Galleria area business centers. The nearest highway
is US 59. From downtown Houston, take US 59 South and eit Shepherd
Boulevard. Turn right onto Shepherd and right again onto Richmond
Avenue. From the Galleria/Greenway Plaza area, take US 59 North
and exit Fannin/Richmond Avenue just before downtown. Turn left
onto Richmond Avenue.
